I want to amplfie a +-1mA 10V signal to a +-100mA signal which op amp should I use to get this kind of a output with a voltage follower.? and will it work

Hi,

Go to a site that makes op amps and look up the chip you want. They will often have a search mechanism so you can search or a set of tables you can use to look up the part with the spec's you need.
There are op amps that go up to 1 amp and above.
You may not need an op amp, but you'll have to say what you are going to use this for.

There is such a thing as a transconductance amplifier, such as LM13700. A typical op amp amplifies voltage, not current. Your application sounds more like amplifying current than voltage.

On re-reading the original post, is your input signal a current source limited to +/- 10v or a voltage source limited to +/- 1 ma?
