Hi, I have a not working mc2100e. I found that the IGBT was shorted and I replaced it but now the LED that before was blinking is just staying on. I think that something in the microcontroller is not working because before in calibration mode I could see the actual speed if I rotated it manually but now it's just not working after replacing the IGBT. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong? Thank you

Here is the diagnostic LED data
Did you try running the motor with the belt off?
Also check the motor by using a automotive battery.

Yes, the motor works fine, it seems a board problem. Apart from the led now not blinking I also have the board not reading anything in calibration mode, I cannot read the actual speed if I rotate it manually, so I suspect that the micro is not working
The led goes instantly solid on, before it was going on after a while and blink when I gave the signal, now it's not

I have ran these boards with just the PWM command signal, apparently the rpm feedback just goes to the display, it is not used for RPM control.
Have you checked the low voltage ~18vdc supply?
