Can I use two LTC1871 DC DC Step Up Booster Converter 3-35VDC to 3.5-35VDC + LED Voltmeter DC-DC Step Up Module Power Supply Voltage Regulator to get a Negative/Positive 15v power supply? Could I connect one unit output + common to the - of the other on the outputs? Looking for a cheap bench power supply for Op-amp or ADC power test supply. I have a large ACDC 5vdc 10a regulated power supply.
Thanks for any help!

Probably not. Most low cost boost modules are not transformer isolated, so stacking up two of them basically shorts out the lower module in the stack. Of course it really depends on the details of the converters.

Do you think I could take the boost module input my 5vdc and output 18vdc to a simple 7815 and 7915 circuit with common ground to get +15 & -15 vdc? Would the boost module have a clean enough DC output? Should be enough current, 2.5A total. Thanks for your reply!
