i am seeing bipollar transistors parameters/at all/ and am looking for replacement of this transistor.

i see it`s package is TO-3P. in web store i see :
to3 AND to3pl
can i use both of them ?

You can use any you like as long as they are the same parameters, better to use same pinout like To3p, To3pl....
