I measured the voltage across collector of Q1 am getting waveform with 58mv there is a huge voltage drop after the transistor Q1 and across Q2 am not getting any waveform.

Try to reduces the R2 to 10K or less.

 

i tried by changing the R2 resistor with 5k , 10k , 1k no change in output as before.

 

Could you take a picture for the waveform of the input signal?

The input waveform i wanted to boost is attached.but in CRO vpeak value is showing as 76.00 volts its not crt actual peak to peak voltage is 750mvolt.

What does the circuit do?
Is there a lot of DC on the collector of Q1?
You can play with the value of R2 to get the DC in range.

except the glitches am getting 750mv,while calculating peak to peak voltage i excluded the glitches
