hello im back again :) i have a question i searched for a mosfet and in its datasheet its says Typ. 60 S siemens . what does that mean. i read somewhere i says 1 siemens = 1 amp per volt does that mean this transistor will able to allow 60 amps per 60 volts ?

60 siemens equals 1/60Ω = 0.0167Ω = 16.7mΩ drain-source resistance (under the specified conditions).
It does not say anything about how much current the MOSFET can handle. That is a separate part of the specification.

The duals (reciprocals) for the names and units are as follows:

Resistance (ohns) and Conductance (siemens)
Reactance (ohms) and Susceptance (siemens)
Impedance (ohms) and Admittance (siemens)
