ohh sorry actually i did the simulation but was not getting any oscillations in the result
i was not getting any way to insert the files to this thread

A mosfet will need a positive voltage on the gate to be active.
You have the gate grounded by R3.

How do i provide the bias then?
If i try to provide biasing that would be input signal for the mos

The resistor between drain and gate will provide the bias.

actually the thing is i m finding it difficult to simulate
can i know what simulation commands have to be used to get an oscillating output?
