Depends on what the impedance is across Ant1/Ant2. Anywhere from about 1.2Ghz to about 3GHz. Since the chip is spec'd for the 2.4 GHz band that is probably what the input/output network is designed for.

There are two series resonant circuits: L3 and C5 is the one,L2 and C3+C4 compose the other. The common formula for resonance will apply. The results will be close but not exact because of the surrounding materials that will have an effect.
