I have entered the value moc3083 to SpiceModel field (although it works well in Value field too) and replaced the Triac BTA12-600CW (didn't work in the minus half wave, don't know why) with BTA12-600C. It works now as I expect to work.

Do you know if is it possible to assign name (e.g. Load) to current on R4 to display it on the graph?

Thank you for your advice. I am going to make DIY BGA reflow owen from the single plate 1000W heater by using MCU ATtiny204 and IR senzor MLX90614ESF-BAA-000-SP for surface temperature masurement to regulate the heat power according to reflow profile by PID. I was inspired here ;-).

You have two different spice models specified.
If you want to use moc3083, remove the value "LED_TRIAC_ZCS" from "SpiceModel" attribute.

Just change the name "R4" to "Load"

As stated change R4 label to Rload.

To display power in the Rload, place the Cursor on the Rload resistor and press the ALT key [ shows a thermometer symbol]
Left click mouse and the Power will be plotted.

To see the Average Power, place the cursor on the Plotted V(N004*I(Rload) label, press CTL key and left click.

BTW: By using the above power data, you can see the effect of having the Triac On/Off for a given time
