I am using KiCad 6.0 for PCB drawing. I want to enlarge the drawn area I marked, is it possible to do this, and how do I do it?

 

You want to make the track thicker?
Click on the track and press E
It will show you the track width. Type in a bigger number.

 

Do you want to enlarge the gap between trace and ground area? Make a keep out area for copper fills.

Why? Seems like plenty of space for 5V. If it were mains, I'd be more worried!
