I looked for months with no luck. You could search and see a post for someone selling them but that auction was many years ago or the link was no longer good. I'm sure somewhere in a closet or shed there's a pair still working. But I don't think they would even be aware that someone else would love to buy them.

Try putting something on Facebook or some other media. I didn't try that because I refuse to use social media of that type.

Try the "Craigs List" , post that you are looking for a set or at least one. It may take a while but it often works. AND it is free.

 

What is the best thermal paste to use on a heatsink and IC. I went to look up some to buy and you got silicone, thermal grease
(whatever that is), carbon based....etc.

I recommend the white silicone compound because it is a non-conductor of electricity and it is eay to see where it is applied.
