Is it possible within a volume of approximately 1 cubic centimeter to have 6 LED's wired to an accelerometer such that when 15+g's of force is detected the LED's will strobe for 1 second? I know circuits like this can be built but can it be done within the space limitations?

Doesn't have to be an accelerometer... could be an IR/photocell, magnetic, etc...
Strobing is a nice to have
Are there rechargeable batteries small enough for this project? Maybe use a capacitor instead?

Thanks for any help!

So, I got curious and did a quick sizing. It is possible but here's what it takes:
- all SMD
- 2 10x10 pcbs
- components on both sides
- QFN package or smaller for the processor
- LGA package for ACC
- 402 LEDS (dim dim dim)
- 402 resistors
- coin cell
need to use a super small interconnect. 50 mil spacing? need to pass 5 signals (Vcc, gnd, clk, do, di) between boards
