Need Inverter ONLY, transformer winding data. Does each 1/2 primary form saturation of ferrite core, so as, I can use the Max value of data sheet Bsat value in the calculated formula? Normally, ferrite transformers use a lower value if just one transistor is used to avoid saturation of core. If denominator of main formula is higher, the quotient number of turns needed to wind is lower. Also, there is no air gap used with the 2 halves of the Inverter type ferrite core.

 

Usually only feedback transformers should saturate except in one-transformer inverters. So enough core is needed to avoid saturating the power transformer.
