A strange thing is observed during connectig DC24v wires to battery while AC supply 220v was already connected to sigma inverter.
24 v battery low voltage side wire was hurting with higher voltage upto 400v.
What can cause higher voltage back from inverter to DC supply side.?

Please tell me you did not connect the inverter output to a device already powered by AC line power. Because that is what your post sounds like it is saying.

Dear
Inverter has 2 inputs 24v and utilities supply 220v. It's output is 220v. When it is connected with ac for charging battery it has higher voltage on battery side (low voltage side ), Either output is connected with load or not.

Where are you actually measuring this high voltage? Between which two points? Are all the earth connections made correctly?
