Pages 6 and 7 of the data sheet give minimum and maximum clock timings. It looks to me that the minimum frequency of the clock is designed for is about 100 KHz. Note that the part is specified with the clock at 1 MHz.

The lower frequency limit on the clock is set by leakage of the capacitors in the sensor pixels and the analog shift register. You can probably clock at a lower frequency at room temperature and even lower frequency if you cool the device. Astronomers cool their imagers so they can integrate the low light for long periods of time to get better sensitivity. Do you have any liquid nitrogen handy? ;)

this is no good, I am trying to connect the sensor I got some info in another thread.

I was willing to go with Nucleo board but I cannot get the TFT touch display working on nucleo.

I had all done on Arduino but it is too slow for those linear sensors.
