Hello!
I would like to make an oscillator with operational amplifier, and to use a JFET in the negative feedback loop. What is needed at the output of the circuit is not displayed. Do you know what the problem or a solution would be?

That circuit should definitely oscillate so something else is wrong.
Is this circuit only in a simulator or is it a real circuit?
If it is a real circuit then you probably need a new '741 after the reversed power.

It's just a simulation. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Your antique 741 opamp does not oscillate because you did not "kick it" with a startup command in the simulation.
The + input of the opamp is at 0V and the gain is 1+ (100k/47k)= 3.13 times so its output should be 0V not 10V.

You said its output is "in 10V". Is it +10V or is it -10V?
