Your post is not clear, what exactly do you need? Did you start anything yet?

 

My best guess is that you need a power supply with a 12 VDC output that can supply up to 5 Amperes of current. That is 60 watts of output power in a compact size. There are several things missing from this request.

1. What is the input source?
2. What is the meaning of "compact size" in this context
3. Do you want to purchase this device, or do you want to design and build this device?
4. How much are you willing to pay, or alternatively invest in this process.

You get much better results when you explain your requirements in detail. Nobody can help you if you don't.
