OK, and the good news is that is what it is marked, so it does not need to be replaced. Is the opener working now, or still not fixed. Measuring parts is not a very efficient way of locating most problems.
Measuring voltages and a symptom based analysis is usually far more effective and much faster.
So please start with the symptoms.
