how to use car cut-cout with 2 HP water pump?

hi all
I'm trying to control a 2 HP water pump works on one phase using 5V relay, but I feel it's not safe because it's pins are so thinner than the AC wires
does using car cut-out relay will be good?
should I use just one for the LIVE wire or two for LIVE and Neutral?

note: contactors are so expensive in my country.
