help with (T428 BN7B11) component

Hi
I have electronic component and did know what is it, it a 3 pin with this (T428 BN7B11) write on it, it found in Inverter 12 to 220v and I search in internet but did not found any thing useful pleasse any one help

It read short in all pins and i must replace it and it make fuse damaged so i need to know what is it to buy a new one one

I have read that you found it in an inverter so I think it is a MOSFET used for switching. They use special thyristors (called GTO's-gate turn off) for switching too but MOS are more usual. Take a photo of the inverter to see where the device was connected. Also, try to see what othe devices were connected to it.

Can you identify the control part (controls the device you took out) of the circuit?
If yes, what is it?
Are there any resistors from the output of the controller to the broken device? What value?

From the part number we can't get anything useful. To find what it is you have to see the connections around it and so on.
