Help identifying the component?

I have a quad charger that is split into 4 separate sections and one section doesn’t charge anymore. I have located what I think is a thermistor and on the shrink tube it says 125 degrees C. I cut the shrink tube and it's a 33 ohms resistor. I am including pictures of it. Please help me identify it. So, it should test at 0.4ohms and probably go up in resistance with the rise in temp. On the board it clearly says R for resistor. But it has to be a special one.
Resistor shows orange range silver gold and green lines.
Thanks in advance

1. Everything below 10 Ohm will beep as short circuit if you use multimeter in beeper mode.
2. You can find them in any store, Amazon, Aliexpress...
3. I, too, do not think the resistor is the cause of your problem.

I know this is not the cause, there was a short circuit to ground, and it screwed up a few components including a 6 pin IC marked 85A50D which I need to find. But the 0.33ohms fuse resistor also went opened and I need to replace it. Two SMD resistors one showed 100 and one 103 on it, the resistors also went bad along with a mosfet. I found all of those. I just need the IC and the fusible resistor and no, I could not find it on Amazon or any other place. They have 0.33 metal film resistors but not fuse resistors.
Below are pictures of the IC and a diagram with voltage from a good one live. Remember there are 4 of these chargers on the same board and 2 don't work. One got short circuited by mistake. And the other I have not diagnosed yet. The short damaged everything from the mosfet to the IC including the IC plus 2A 250V fuse. Everything else is testing fine.
So I need to find the IC and the 0.33ohms fusible resistor.
Thanks in advance.

I think I found the chip with the help of another forum member. So SC2585A is the chip but the mark on the chip the 50D is week and year of manufacturing. I hope it's right.SC2585A.png
