The grey cylinder in your photo is an axial ferrite bead. This is used for high frequency noise suppression and is just a wire with the ferrite surrounding it. It should measure as 0Ω (or the same as the shorted leads on the meter which may be higher than 0).

Thank you @ Ya’akov. Yes it measures ~0ohms bidirectionally. I was suspecting a very small value resistor. I never would have guessed for ferrite bead. Thank you for prompt response.
