The TS indicated he required a longer 'dead-time' between the output pluses across the load inductor, than the inbuilt dead-time.

Hi EE,Here is a simulation using LTspice 24.1.10.
I've reworked your schematic. The load inductor vs resistance values didn't seem correct, so I changed the Inductor to a resistive load for demonstration purposes. Simulation completes within 17 seconds.
