Well, for starters the 10k resistors at the Fet's gates have way too high a value. They should be there not to prevent current from flowing into the gate, but to prevent ringing when switching at high frequencies. And their values are normally within the 10 - 100 ohm range.
Also, if you're planning on using PWM, normally only the high side Fets are switched. That means that normally only the high side Fets require said resistors.

Hello, what output are you getting? Are none of the motors rotating?
this is my output. but the desire output that i am looking for is wave +70V ans -70V across the load(4k resistor and 0.8 H inductor). so i am trying to build an H-bridge logic level driver circuit (40 kHz; 140V peak to peak)

This is a test section of the main circuit, the IR2184 is not running correctly, where did you get the design?

Reloaded all that data, same result, I am beginning to suspect the IR2184 model?

I will look for a different model.
