I am not a electronics engineer. This is my personal interest project of making a small Auto hand sanitizer for family. I am trying to avoid multiple soldering and wire joining. I am going to order PCB from JLCPCB.com . In order to order we have to upload gerber file. So can anyone create a a gerber file for me as per attached circuit diagram. It includes IR proximity sensor, 1 TIP32C / BD140 transistor, 1K ohm resistor, 2 nos 2 Pin screw terminal Blocks ( For Input and Output ). Thanks in Advance.sanitizer circit.jpg

yes USB is shown just. it can be a 5/9/12V DC supply or Rechargeable batteries. Shown motor is a small 6-9V water pump.

What about the circuit board, do you intend integrating this circuit it one board for all?
Max.
Dear Max, if u can guide on this which items to keep out and which to keep in, it will be more helpful. I think there are only 3 items in Board 1Transistor, 2 resistor 3 Pin screw terminal. For connecting SENSOR we can use another 3 pin screw connector which will be again on Board. Ur valuable suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Probabally the best idea would be to reverse engineer the circuit board and design one main one, and purchase the individual devices separately.
How many do you anticipate?

I too agree with ur suggestions. I have already parts purchased all in bulk. I want to make just plug and play for assembling each new one.
So could you help me with gerber file as per main one design.
Thanks Max

The circuit has to be drawn up and then suitable footprints are selected, then placed on the board in order to route it before Gerber's are made.
Do you have the reverse engineered version?
Probabally be easier with through hole components rather than surface mount.

Dear Max Sir,
Thanks for your patiently answers and suggestions.
I am totally unaware of all these terms " reverse engineered Version" Drawn up, Foot prints etc. I just observed on JLCPCB that in order to order from them we need to upload gerber file. So I was requesting in Forum through threads. Could you actually guide me on this how will I end up getting PCB main design and physical Printed Circuit Board at the end. I will follow accordingly.

Well first you need to draw up the full, plus reverse engineered circuit, in schematic form.
And then it is entered by you, I, or someone, into a schematic capture program such as (free) KiCad, this program then assigns selectable footprints for the components, then the next step is to design/draw a circuit board, same software, and place each component on the board and then all the circuit traces are connected to each device, after which, a Gerber file is then produced for the board manuf.

P.S. Reverse engineered is to trace the circuit of the board and draw a diagram in schematic form.
Other wise you will end up with two separate boards.
Are you looking to have JLCPCB produce build the final boards for you?

Thanks for basic knowledge.
Yes I want JLCPCB to produce only boards for me.
Then you will need to use an electronic CAD program to create a board (and probably a schematic to match), that can be converted to Gerber files (plural). If you look at a Gerber file, it is a txt file with coordinates:

<much more>

You cannot do that "by hand."

Can u help me in doing this? As I am totally unawre of this and no one in close group who can understand what we have to do next.
Thanks

One board only. Sensor will be added seperate just as an attachment to other board

Jay
I could probably come up with the Gerbers, but would need to have a copy of the sensor circuit you have if you want to incorporate it.
Or, By sensor do you mean you intend to use the pre-built board and just add the new one based in the drawing in the OP?
Re: "One board only. Sensor will be added seperate just as an attachment to other board " seems like a contradiction, is it one board or two??

I am trying to avoid multiple soldering and wire joining.
Then use a solderless breadboard. Getting a PCB made goes in the opposite direction.
So can anyone create a a gerber file for me as per attached circuit diagram.
You are asking someone to do it for you but have not provided enough information. At a minimum, you need to provide a bill of materials (BOM). That is a list of exactly the parts you intend to have on the PCB. For example, you specify a 1k resistor. Is that a 1/8 W or 20 W version or something in between. How big do you want the board to be? Single sided or double-sided?

If just needing the add on board, it is rather trivial, but things like motor current etc to calculate if heat sink needed for transistor.
What is the USB power source?
Can it support the motor current?
Max.
