It seems that pro is the direction they are going, will have better support and documentation in the future. Idk. I’ve started watching the video tutorials, just need to spend some time with it like I did Eagle in the beginning.

 

Spent some time today creating a custom part for the library, a 1/4" pcm mount mono-switched-audio jack.





I think I'm getting onto it. My biggest concern is it crashed (white screen) twice. That's not sustainable, we'll see how often it happens in the future.

I started this thread 2 weeks ago. In that time I've learned EasyEDA and designed a board from a circuit I previously had made using thru-hole components in Eagle. I probably should start a new thread, but just to close the loop, here's my SMDA 4-layer PCB. Power layer is inner green trace. Top/bottom are red/blue.

Feel free to suggestions, this is all very new to me.
