I'm not sure that that measurement is meaningful. Presumably it's the MCU's 8MHz oscillator output. Who knows what your DVM is doing with a signal at that frequency. What you get for a DC reading is going to be dependent on how the meter handles a signal that's clearly out of its frequency range. This is a case where you need an oscilloscope to check the frequency, duty cycle, and amplitude.Yes, sorry, its tp9.
