No, Ron asks for a 5Vin what R3 value would give 0.05V at the output junction of R1 and R3.

0.25=0.5(10/10+R3)

So i would to explain why i did this offset. Correct me if i am wrong please. I have to take 0.25v and 0.5v by changing value of R3 so i don't get that offset. Is this correct?
