datasheet of autofocus camera len driver ic

Hi, I have a camera len with auto focus I open it, I find a tiny ic 2mm x 1mm some search in google auto focus ic have 6 pin gnd vcc sda scl and 2 output for the voice coil, i2c communication. the number on the ic is AKM 30 5F 45 , if that no have datasheet how I can dterminate the vcc ground and the data line in the pcb has exposed a 4 pad? it a S4 GT-i9500 Back Camera Rear Camera?
