Does anyone know where I can find a datasheet for the KST1602B-W LCD?

I can't seem to find it anywhere. I need to know if it is 3.0V to 3V compatible. I am almost certain I have purchased a 3V LCD in th epast and never used it. Something is telling me this is it.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to try it but before I hook everything up it would be nice to know if it doesn't work.

Thanks that looks like it is it. I assume you searched on just 1602B? When I added the KW it did not find anything. I should have thought of removing the KW.


Looks like it is a %V supply. The good nes is it is #V tolerant for inputs.
