I have CorelDraw 2019 and it has my Color Bar that I can Ad Colors to at the bottom of the screen.

On the Right Hand side of the screen going from Top to Bottom is the Default Color Bar.

Does anybody know how I can move the Default Color Bar to be at the Bottom of the screen as well?

I did this before but I forget what I did.

I do not see a Dabble Arrow or 3. Dots.

 

The Default Color Bar is on the Right Hand Side I would like to move it to the Bottom of the screen.

I know I would grab it and move it but nothing I grab lets me move it.

I am looking for an option that maybe says Lock Color Bar.

I can not see anything like this.
