Hi everyone,
I’m hoping for some help identifying and possibly adjusting the color temperature and dimmability of my bright white LED strip in my bathroom fixture to make it look less like a hospital.
The lamp is an integrated fixture with a built-in LED strip. After opening it, I found the following details printed on the strip:
Model: AODO - 560mm x 30mm - 2835 - 152S
Color Temps: 2700K ○, 3000K ○, 4000K ○, 5000K ○, 6500K ○ (labeled but not selectable by power cycling or physical switch)
Voltage: 120V AC / 60Hz
Resistors: R1 6R20, R5 9R10, R7 4R70, etc.
Fuse: F1 1A
CRI: RA>80 and RA>90 labeled
Date Code: 20180824
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Is there a way to adjust the color temperature on this strip, or could it be locked to a single preset?
2. Based on the specs, is this strip likely dimmable with a standard wall dimmer, or would it require a specific dimming controller?
3. Are there any hidden methods or wiring tricks to access the different CCT options?
