When simulating oscillators, inductance losses must be taken into account. I did this by setting the serial resistance of the throttle and the parallel resistance, which takes into account the dependence of losses with increasing frequency. Since you did not do this, you got the wrong picture and frequency.

Thanks for the information, but I'm using the results from the various simulators as a basis for my work. What I look at are the final results both on the oscilloscope and in the ESP32 serial monitor (which will be sent to the phone via BT once the project is finished).

I saw no issues, although many Colpitts oscillators include an emitter resistor towards stabilizing the operating point and level. For some applications that improves the sine wave output purity. That does not seem to be required with the comparator output.
