CD4060BM oscillator outputting constant DC

Hello,

I've been trying to replicate the circuit in this link starting from the oscillator circuit using the CD4060BM chip, however I am getting constant voltage instead of it oscillating, I saw a post in the forum here with an issue resembling this one and tried using the circuit described in one of the answers but the problem persisted. See the screenshots below for what I am getting for both circuits, I also attached my asc file.

hi nadir,
Is there a reason why you are using a dual +/-3V supply for the 4060's?
When set to 5V and 0V the circuit runs.

Ouh sorry about that, should be 5v, I was just experimenting and forgot to turn it back to 5V before posting, I'm just sticking to the schematic in order to get +-5V instead of 5V to 0

hi,
OK,
Look at this option, I have used the right side circuit as an example.
It takes a little time to start.

Note: the 10k's on the OPA.
E
This is definitely an improvement, I was expecting the voltage to oscillate between positive and negative however, not sure how to do so

hi,
This is the left side, changed the 10u to 1u on CX pin.

Do you want the OPA in the first circuit to output +/- Vout signal.??

E
That is correct, I linked the forum where I saw it being done, it was one of the last replies with the simulations shown, doesn't do it for me however
