hello
I have a power supply circuit board that when I turn on the machine it start for 1 second and turn off and continues until I switch off the power
I have tried to change all the capacitors but still do not work.

What could be the reason it does?

Without a schematic it is impossible to say. If the output comes up to the correct voltage and holds there briefly, then the front end is at least partly functional. During that 1 second is the output correct, or higher than normal?

Yes the output is normal in Thatcher 1 second.
I have also tried removing the motor conection and then evrything works except the motor

If the unit works OK with the motor disconnected, then there's something wrong with the motor or it's connection. Have you done a study on that?
