ATP/EMTP RMS 1/2 Cycle Model

I was wondering if anyone has implemented or has an RMS model in ATP/EMTP software that can calculate RMS value (updated at every 1/2 cycle) of a three-phase voltage/current input.

I'd appreciate if you some can post the model here.
