The IgNobel Prize is a quasi serious award given to actual published research papers of scientists for their obviously quirky thesis for research. Their site has videos of every? ceremony and are a real riot to watch. Professional Scientific Ph.D. EggHeads doing what they do best and that is usually ignored due to the somewhat bizarre content matter. And the people who love them for it.

A toilet made entirely of 18-carat-gold has been stolen from Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, England, the stately home where former prime minister Winston Churchill was born.

A Hong Kong jeweller has created an incredible £2.4 million pound bathroom in his shop crafted entirely from rare gems and gold. Every item in the bathroom, from the toilet brush to the toilet bowl, is made from 24-carat gold, and the floor and ceiling are both studded with gold bars, amber, ruby, emerald and sapphire.
