Hi, everybody. I need your help regarding ADG202A IC. It's an QUAD SPST switch. As per datasheet the output is N/C, but I get normally closed only when I power up the IC(Ron=80 Ohm). Is that correct? If anybody has an experience of working with the IC, please advice.

 

THe switching devices are MOSFETs, so they will need a gate voltage to make them conduct, so it is not going to work without a power supply.
I suppose I could criticise Analog Devices for showing the MOSFETs in the datasheet as depletion mode, but they aren't.

Yes, they are depletion mode, because as soon as I power up the IC it's switching my LED, and as soon as I give 0V to the gate it turns it off.
