I am consistently getting an error message: "You can't post for at least 30 seconds"
The post posts anyway.

The forum software is receiving multiple (duplicate) submissions. The first posts, 30 Sec latency blocks subsequent (spurious) submission(s). We see quite a lot of that with XenForo and phpBB but it's likely the result of a user-end connection issue. It'll clear up on its own! I wouldn't worry about it.

I’ve never seen that message. I recall something like it if I try to post more than once in a brief period, like when the first attempt didn’t seem to work but actually did.
