I’ve just come across a motor with 12 terminal and I have doubts about its connection. I’m trying to connect it in delta but the diagram is quite confusing. Any ideas please. The old pump motor on this unit had the normal connection type.

Obviously choices of two star and one Delta opions for connecting, is there no other explanation in the terminal box?
What make model of motor?

That’s all there is in terms of drawings. I have connected in star star through a VFD.

The first picture appears to show it connected in the "star" configuration; for the star/star config, there would need to be an additional long (3-terminal) bus bar connecting U2, V2, and W2 - and the small bus bars would need to be connecting (moved) to U1/U3, V1/V3, and W1/W3.

The diagram shows wires as "lines" connecting the terminals, and other connections as "bus bars" - for the delta configuration (no idea what gauge of wires are needed, but at least whatever is use with the existing wires).
