She has Beautiful voice and my type
Miss Maria Brink

Yeah she's amazing in multiple ways. Like I said, I can't believe I've never heard of her. As a fan of metal I'm embarrassed. I discovered yesterday that the Sirius/XM in my truck got turned back on somwhow. Tuned into XM 37 and I hear her voice, got excited that there's a new chick that rocks harder than Amy Lee. Googled her and she's been on the scene for years. It seems like it should be statistically impossible for her to slip through cracks for 5+ years such that I never heard of her.

Edit: Pandora must have her black listed because I have a dozen stations she should be on.

I try to translate, this band has great lyrics, it is poetry really, for every song. The fans debate on the meaning...

Middle of endless plane
Breaking sound barrier,
Breaking sound barrier,
Breaking sound barrier

Middle of endless plane
Newscaster is announcing
Slippery on the South Pole,
Slippery on the South Pole.

The clock is ticking quietly (x4) refrain

Middle of endless plane
Newscaster is announcing
The due date has come
The expiry date is here

There, in near future,
Somewhere in past time,
The circuits are under pressure
The circuits are under pressure

Life - it is the constant
Life - it is the impossible
Life - it is everything comprehensible
Life - it is something difficult
Life - not to get thoughts together
Life - it is something important
Life - it is very fast
Life - it is very frightening

People dropping dead (x4)

The clock is ticking quietly (x4)
Solid!

OK this is the original

It's a song that reminds us of simpler days when we would go out camping in middle of nowhere with friends and or family and have a good time.

Well the lyrics are more than a little bit off.....Was that goggle translate???!!?Ð?:(
Thanks for the original. Very nice. The Kaleo video I quite like, iceland is on my list of places to visit. Cannot judge the lyrics obviously, I had them turned off. The song is beautiful to listen to as is, I think one can feel very well what it is about

I have so many as I simply enjoy music. Right off the top:
Eric Clapton - Layla (Full Version)
Rolling Stones-You Can't Always Get What You Want

Moody Blues- Just About Anything They Did
Joni Mitchell- Just About Anything She Did

Ron
I'm not sure they can get these, just out of their personal picks. But, mention Ozzie or Kiss or other Rock they get it. But, my reaction is one of admiration for just cool music to listen too and de-stress zone. Put the guns down and chill.

There are no guns on the table so take a deep breath and listen to a song which has lyrics that you do not understand because it's in another language.;)

It's about realizing that you're a parent.

I'm sure there is plenty of good music out there. But, it's not in my time or in my willingness to go beyond another language. If it has a beat, not electronic I can get into it, like I've said before I used to enjoy American Indian drum chant, perfect for waxing my car and felt the spirit of another culture.

I'm sure you mean well, just not able to connect but I enjoyed the fact their was a piano which did give it much more meaning and was more full-filling. As a Parent I think it was fitting at my age which means more to me as a Grandfather to pass good will with well meaning intentions.

Edit: Don't give my guns analogy much thought, I'm just seeing far to much violence on the street and to many good people dying for no more than a change of lanes in traffic. People need to calm down and grow up.

Why hasn't anybody said:
Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon or The Wall?
Then I have some strange:
Grofe, Grand Canyon Suite:rolleyes:

Those are albums. Are we just doing songs?
How about Clair De Lune, Hungarian Rhapsody, or Toccata and Fugue in D Minus?:D
