Would a standard 12V fan be happy running inside a fridge?

It's been through a few thermostat cycles now and the fan has survived so far. The maximum difference between top and bottom is now 0.3C, and the maximum range through the cycles is from 2.6C to 3.8C.

That is a successful experiment (providing the fan has a reaonable life).
I have a fan like this one running in the fridge for 5+ years now. For the same purpose, just keeping food from freezing on the bottom. Fan came out of a computer system that was on 24/7 for 15+ years. Held up just fine in the fridge. It's mounted vertically and is blowing air behind the glass shelves along the back wall of the fridge.
