Work on SMD circuit board

Your question is so ambiguous as to be unanswerable.

Are you asking about tools? Techniques?

Why Android in particular.

Could you explain what you are trying to do?

How to check and work with on SMD circuit board sometimes it is very difficult to sold and pull the nano components?

I got a cheap hot air machine and it makes removing smd components very much easier and with less risk of damage to the board and the surrounding components. I still use a soldering iron to place components on the board.

How to protect other components from hot gun heat while working on one component?

The gun comes with assorted nozzles so you can choose a suitable size. You heat the part you want to remove and as soon as the solder melts you can remove the air and the component (tweezers) so the surroundings get minimum heat.

But in this option it is very prone to melt plastic cover and nearby components, as the temp of blower / hot gun around 350 or 500 deg c.
The tape or thin foil taped to the PCB will act as a heat barrier to reduce the transmission of heat to what's below.
With a narrow tip, low air flow, proper heat range and practice you can easily remove components without damaging taped components. If the near components are really sensitive then hot tweezers are necessary.

What will require the ambient temperature and air of blower /Hot gun for pulling / fixing out smd components?

Chip upgrade SMD rework. I designed the board to give plenty of space around the controller for easier soldering and possible controller upgrades.
New chip installed.

I am finally setting up a rudimentary SMT rework/prototype station. I like the Sparkfun HotAir rig.

What are you using for a digital microscope? Happy with it? Recommendations for old eyes? I don't mind spending a few $$ for a good rig. Kind of like the ability to use a BIG monitor too..
Sorry for the hijack. Thanks in advance!

How to repair Android phone with accuracy and quality?
Take it to an authorized repair shop. In theory, they'll be able to do a complete test after they think they've repaired it. Otherwise, there's no guarantee that there won't be some undiscovered problem.

EDIT: inserted "won't be"
