I have some 2.5w 6v crystaline solar panels which I intend to put on fleabay... What diodes should they have?
I have some 10 amp diodes which I have used but would like the correct size...

Ordinary 0.5 amp diodes should work. Ordinary germanium diodes should work. But I am not sure.

 

Thanks... I just bought 100 1A 1000v rectifier diodes on fleabay ... bit of luck etc...
