Yes but the area is really called a hot spring. Iceland is extremely volcanic.

The geysers at iceland can heat up quite high in temperature.
There are occasions steam is coming from them.

Nerdegutta,Spinnaker and Bertus were pretty spot on but we do have few glaciers. About the volcanic activity it makes us able to heat most houses with hot water but there are some parts of the country which people need to heat their houses with electricity. And all of our electricity is generated by the use of water with the exception of backup generators and such.

 

I currently live in Sweden (Umeå) for an internship but I'll move back to the Netherlands in September/oktober. I'm not sure where, so I cannot give a city
