I don't know where this map originates from but I was under the impression that politics and religion were off topics on this forum. I would like to draw the members' attention to a very curious thing about this map. Every country listed on the map, except ONE has the country's name printed in its own language together with its accepted name in Latin letters. This ONE country DOES NOT have its name printed in Latin letters; thus effectively making it invisible and excluding it from the map. This small country has produced Nobel Prize winners and technical innovations way out of proportion to its size. I trust that the matter will be rectified soonest.

 

I believe you will have to talk to Google about that.

The country is Israel. The name is given only in Hebrew and not also in English as in the case of EVERY other country listed on the map. I wonder why?
