It is a 4-keys-pg-vr2-joystick-controller-wheelchair:

any one can help to figure out the principle or function blocks? it is lost function without reason, that two components are not the fault location.
Thanks.
The very first thing to do is check to see that the memory battery is still putting out the correct voltage. Also, a much more detailed explanation of just what has failed is the way to enable somebody to provide an answer to the problem.
ALSO, why do you think that the failure is in the controller board? Just what are the symptoms of failure?

Thank you MisterBill2.
1. I didn't see any memory battery, how can it probably look like ?
2. I'm trying to modify the PAD let it's start button be remote controllable, and soldered few wires on the board, the solders were OK, because I checked it many time after soldering.
3. the failure just comes without reason, and I have checked every connections ARE good, (actually it was running just before fail.).
4. the the symptoms of failure is when power on, there are 7 battery gauge LEDs and 5 speed LEDs all are flashing, according to the error code, it is connection or joystick fault.and suggested to check:
1) if the battery charger is connected to the power base.
2) if the charger harness fuse has blown.
3) if all controller connections are plugged into the power base properly.

The thing that I believe is a memory battery is visible in the picture to the left on post #19, the photo showing the components side of the circuit board. It is right in the middle, near the bottom of the picture, to the left of that square IC with the many connections. The battery has a "+" sign on the visible surface. At least I believe that is a battery. Even a momentary short-circuit can damage such a battery and so connecting to the circuit board dmands a geat deal of caution.

Thank you.
seems it is, and may be a solar battery, because there is through hole on the cover and the two hole alignment.
it is solder on the board, how to do it? solder off?

Thank you Bertus.
Sorry about being wrong on what that round item was, but in the poor photo it looked like a battery on my screen
Yes, with a better photo I can see that it is a buzzer. AND, right above it is another device that looks a lot like the one that you were asking about.. Perhaps there are more of them on the board.
