The attached is on the mother board of GM Truck Radio and I am trying to locate the Eeprom chip I searched the numbers but coming up dry Can someone tell what that 8 pin chip is?

 

What makes you think its an EEPROM rather than a pre-programmed ROM? The 64 suggests its a 64Mbit device, i.e. 8Mbytes, but there's not enough info to determine what device it is. The lack of a logo suggests its a custom ROM but that's not a given. If you could identify whats connected to each pin that might help narrow things down.
