Hello

I am trying to repair an MC2000es, I think the Diodes D13 and D15 are blown, they have a number D8020L and I am guessing I can replace them with STTH2003CT. Would you agree this would be an appropriate replacement?

I understand Q2 and Q3 are thyristors, but am a bit lost as to how I can test them, or what I could replace them with( they have S8020L on them). Would anyone know the part number of them or what I could replace them with?
