



I've been working on documenting the electronics of a Cybex 625T treadmill, specifically the AD-23914-C-A-2.05 controller, Type TM5-015i-1P.
This controller has two main PCBs: a control board and a power board. So far, I've completed about half of the schematic for the power board. I plan to continue working on it and hopefully complete the entire board in the future.
I've also started working on the control board.
I currently repair these treadmill controllers, and I'm still learning about the electronics involved. Making this schematic has been a way for me to better understand the circuits and how the different sections of the controller work together.
Everything I've done so far was created in Proteus, based on the physical PCB, component identification, and tracing the connections between the different sections.
This is not an official Cybex schematic, and it is still a work in progress. There may be mistakes that I haven't found yet.
I'm sharing this small project because I hope it can be useful to someone else who is working on the same controller or trying to repair one.
If anyone has experience with Cybex treadmill controllers, VFDs, PFC circuits, IGBT motor drives, or similar electronics, I would really appreciate any feedback or corrections.
I'll update the schematic as I make more progress.
